You do not have to rewrite a document to sign it here. If the wording is already agreed — a lawyer's draft, a supplier's terms, a form — upload it and sign it as it is.
- 1Start a new document and choose Ladda upp en PDF — Signera en fil du redan har
- 2Välj en PDF. You are told {{count}} sida/sidor redo att signeras when it is read.
- 3At Vad ska vi göra med den?, pick Signera den som den är — Behåller sidorna exakt som de är. Du placerar signaturfälten ovanpå.
- 4Place the fields: Lägg till fält then Klicka där på sidan fältet ska stå. The tools are Signatur, Initialer, Text, Datum and Kryssruta.
- 5For each, set Etikett, Typ and — the one that matters — Vem fyller i det här. Alla som signerar is available when it genuinely does not matter which signer completes it.
- 6Add the signers and send as usual: Send a document for signature
Signing it as it is keeps the pages byte-for-byte. Nothing is reflowed or reinterpreted, so what the other side reads is exactly the document that was agreed. That is what you want for anything a lawyer wrote.
⟦Vi kunde inte läsa den PDF:en⟧ usually means a scanned image saved with a PDF extension, or a file protected with a password. Re-export it from whatever produced it, without a password.
If the pages will not display — Vi kunde inte visa dokumentets sidor. Prova att ladda om sidan.
Want to edit the wording rather than just sign it? That is the other option at step 3, Bygg om den till redigerbar text, and it has real trade-offs: Turn a PDF you already have into an editable document
