The People tab

Personer is the answer to "who can take this?" — your team with their skills, their current load and what they are on right now.

The summary strip gives Personer, Snitt utnyttelse · nå, Overbooket, Ledig kapasitet, Booket and Ledige timer.

Ledig kapasitet and Overbooket together are the number that matters. Both being high at once is the classic finding: you are not short of capacity, it is in the wrong place.

Per person you see Jobber med nå, or Tilgjengelig — ingenting planlagt i dag, with Overbooket flagged and Tilgjengelighet for to change the window you are judging by.

Skills are what make the tab searchable. Søk personer, roller, avdelinger… matches skills as well as names, so "who knows Fortnox" is answerable — but only if somebody filled them in. Legg til en ferdighet… with an optional Kategori (valgfritt)… and a Ferdighetsnivå {{level}} av 5. Ingen ferdigheter angitt against half the team is the usual reason this tab disappoints; it takes ten minutes to fix once.

Set working hours honestly. Arbeidstid og fravær drives every utilisation figure here. Somebody at 80% who actually works four days is at 100%, and the plan will keep quietly overcommitting them.

Planned versus actual. This tab is what people are booked for. What they actually spent is the timesheet, and comparing the two is how the planning gets better: Read your week, and add hours up over a period.
