In Tildel en person set the Person, Prosjekt, Start and Slutt, then how much of them you are taking: Prosent av kapasitet, Timer per dag or Totalt antall timer. A Notat helps — Valgfri kontekst for denne tildelingen…

Percent is usually the honest unit. "Half of Anna for three weeks" matches how work really goes; "120 hours" hides the fact that she is also on two other things.

Conflicts are shown, not blocked. You are told Overlapper {{count}} eksisterende allokering(er) i dette tidsrommet and {{day}} når {{pct}} %. Somebody at 140% on a Thursday is a decision for you to make, and the plan says so rather than quietly accepting it — which is the entire value of the view.

Zoom to the question. 1 uke for this week's reality, 2 uker or 4 uker for whether you can take the next job. ledig marks the spare capacity.

⟦Ingen prosjekt⟧ covers holiday, training and internal work. Leave those out and the plan will always look more available than the team is.
