Track a document and chase a signature

The list. Dokumenter og signering shows Status, Signatarer and Aktivitet for each document, with {{signed}} av {{total}} har signert on the ones part-way through. Filter by status, or Søk i dokumenter ….

What each status means:

• Utkast — not sent; nobody has seen it.
• Venter på signatur — sent, not yet opened.
• Sett — they opened it. This is the useful one: viewed-and-not-signed for three days is a conversation, not a reminder.
• Delvis signert — some have signed.
• Fullført — everyone has.
• Avslått, Annullert, Utløpt — closed, for three different reasons.

The timeline on each document records Sendt til signering, Åpnet, Sett, Signert, Påminnelse sendt, Lastet ned and Fullført, with who and when. Sendinger, åpninger og signaturer vises her når dokumentet er sendt ut.

That record is why "we never received it" is answerable rather than arguable. Per signer you also get Sett {{when}} and Signert {{when}}.

Reminding. Påminn — Påminnelse sendt til signatarer som mangler Only people who have not signed are contacted, so nobody who has already done their part is nagged. If you set Automatiske påminnelser when sending, this happens without you.

Cancelling. Annullering kansellerer alle utestående signaturer. Signatarene varsles, og dokumentet kan ikke lenger signeres. Dette kan ikke angres. Begrunnelse (valgfritt) — vises for signatarene — write one; a signer who sees a cancelled document with no explanation will ring you anyway.

A signer who asks for a change does not have to decline. They can request one, and Signeringen er satt på pause til de svarer, så du aldri signerer en ordlyd du har innvendinger mot. You answer, and either they sign or you send a corrected version.
