Ask Dealy inside a conversation

Catching up privately. When there was unread activity as you entered a conversation, open the three-dot menu in the conversation header and choose Opsummér for mig. You can also type /catchup or /catch up and choose Få en privat opsummering. This opens a private summary that only you can see; it never posts to the conversation or notifies colleagues. This requires AI access in your workspace.

The summary uses the unread messages captured when you opened the conversation, including unread replies in threads you follow or were mentioned in. Opening the conversation still follows its normal read behaviour; generating a summary does not change read status. Source numbers and Oprindelige beskeder take you back to the original messages. Attachments are not read by this summary.

Large conversations may have partial coverage, which is shown explicitly. The snapshot expires after two hours, and deleted messages are omitted. A failed summary can be retried with Prøv igen against the same snapshot. Private summaries are kept only in the current browser session and cleared when you switch account or workspace.

Following up with Dealy. Under the summary, type into Stil Dealy et opfølgende spørgsmål, eller bed ham gøre noget… and send, or pick Lav det her om til opgaver for mig or Hvad her kræver svar fra mig?. This opens Dealy in a new conversation that already knows the catch-up and which channel it came from, so he can read further back in the conversation, create tasks and work in your CRM. That conversation is yours alone, like the summary; nothing is posted to the channel.

How much he reads. Vælg kontekstvindue sets the window: Kontekst: seneste so many beskeder, marked in the transcript with Dealy læser herfra. Widen it when the question depends on a discussion further up; keep it narrow when you want a clean answer to one thing.

When you are prompting rather than posting. Spørger Dealy shows on the composer, and Send til kanalen i stedet switches back to talking to your colleagues — worth a glance before pressing Enter.

Approvals. When he wants to change something, Dealy har brug for godkendelse appears with Godkend and Afvis. Others see Venter på at {{name}} afgør, and the message ends up marked Godkendt or Afvist. Nothing changes in your CRM until somebody clicks. See Approving and undoing what Dealy does.
