The Overview
Översikt is a dashboard you build yourself, out of the numbers and charts the reports already show. It works like the app's Change what your dashboard shows, with one difference: it holds only figures. No tasks, no shortcuts, nothing to act on, just how things are going.
Nothing here is a second calculation. A number or chart on this page is the report's own, read from the same data, so it can never disagree with the report it came from. Click a number to open that report; the charts keep their own click-through to the records behind them.
Start from a template or an empty page. There are starter dashboards for an executive, a sales lead, recurring revenue and support, and you can make as many of your own as you like, rename them, duplicate them and share them. The dashboard picker above the grid switches between them.
One period for the whole page. The period and the comparison at the top right apply to every number and chart that follows a period: *Last 30 days*, *This quarter*, *Year to date*, *Last year* or a custom range. Quarters and years follow your workspace's fiscal year (set once in the goals settings; January when nobody has). Beside it, choose what the change is measured against: the stretch just before, or the same period last year. Numbers that compare with an earlier month then read the same month a year back. A number that cannot follow the period says so under itself: "Right now", "Last 30 days", "All time".
Mine, my team or everyone. The person and team filter beside the period changes every figure on the page. It is kept per person. If your role limits you to your own records there is nothing to choose, and you see your own.
The numbers you can add include revenue and pipeline figures, recurring revenue, customers and churn, open tickets, and Won vs budget: this month's won revenue as a share of the company budget, with the budget beside it. With no budget set for the month it shows a dash and says so, instead of 0%; the budget is set in Budget.
Data completeness is a card that checks the records behind the Sales reports: how many lost deals have a reason, closed deals a close date, open deals an amount, an expected close date and an owner, and new leads a source. Each row is a count, "42 of 60", never a blended score, least complete first. It is the quickest way to know which report to trust least and what to fill in.
Your old pins. Reports you had pinned are kept: the first time you open this page they become charts on a dashboard, two to a row. Build a custom report
Build a combined board. Choose Bygg tavla från rapporter, enter Tavlans namn, and add the saved reports you want together. The same report can appear more than once, with separate headings and credit roles. Choose Rapporter per rad, reorder the tiles, and select Tabell for a table or Sparat diagram for the report's chart. Then choose Skapa tavla. Move and resize the tiles afterwards using the dashboard editor.
New tiles follow the board's selected period. Existing tiles retain their saved period until you enable Följ tavlans period in their settings. The period printed on each tile tells you which applies. This does not change the saved report, its date field, revenue timing, currency, or filters.
Use Personroll to group an aggregate tile by a standard or custom user field available in your workspace, for example salesperson, meeting booker or KAM. Behåll rapportens gruppering restores the report's grouping. Record lists keep their original columns and cannot change credit roles. Person and team restrictions saved in each report still apply; the board's overall person filter does not replace them on saved-report tiles. Tiles that follow the board period refresh once a minute while the browser tab is visible. A failed refresh shows an error and retry rather than an invented zero. This board requires a signed-in session; public TV displays use their separate publishing controls.
For a monthly compensation overview, combine booking counts, contract counts, and separate revenue reports or tiles for each credited role. Review each report's recognition rules and underlying records before using the figures for payroll. This board displays results; it does not calculate commission or bonus payments. TelecomX call metrics require imported TelecomX data.
