The Revenue tab

Intäkter is about recurring revenue, so it is driven by subscriptions rather than by closing deals: Subscriptions.

The time control is how many months of history the charts draw ("Last 6 months"). The headline figures, current MRR and ARR, are the same ones the dashboard, the Subscriptions page, the KPI cards and the emailed reports show: a subscription counts from its start date until its end date, in an earning status, so a customer who has given notice still counts until they stop, and one that is still waiting for approval or has not started does not. ARR is twelve months of MRR. Money in several currencies is converted into your workspace currency, never added up as it stands. They are how things stand today whatever it says. All money is in your workspace currency, with each subscription converted from its own currency.

Nuvarande MRR with MRR-trend is the headline. {{count}} kunder beside it stops you reading growth as health when it is really one large customer.

Tillväxt vs. bortfall breaks the movement into Bas-MRR, Expansions-MRR and Bortfall. This is the chart to look at, not the total: MRR that is flat because expansion exactly cancels churn is a very different business from MRR that is flat because nothing is happening, and the total cannot tell them apart.

Netto intäktsbevarande — NRR — is existing customers' revenue this period against the same customers' revenue last period, with new customers excluded. Above 100% means your existing base grows on its own. It is the single most telling number on the page, because it is the one you cannot improve by selling harder.

ARPA-trend is average revenue per account. Rising ARPA with flat customer numbers is upsell working; falling ARPA with rising customers usually means discounting.

Intäkt per plan shows where the money actually sits, which is often not where the attention goes.

Revenue or Sales? Revenue counts recurring money that exists whether or not anyone sold anything this month. Sales counts deals closed. A deal won today may add nothing to MRR this month, and MRR can fall in a month with excellent sales. See Which report answers your question.

Empty charts — Ingen MRR-trenddata tillgänglig, Ingen NRR-data tillgänglig — usually mean too little history in the selected period rather than a fault. NRR in particular needs a full previous period to compare against, and with no recurring revenue yet there is no retention rate to show, so the page leaves it blank rather than colouring a zero red.
