The Customers tab
Kunder is a snapshot of your base: how many, how valuable, how engaged, and who is wobbling. Its time control is how many months of history the growth and churn trends show; the engagement scores are how things stand now.
Totalt antal kunder with Kundtillväxt and Bortfallsgradstrend is the shape of the base over time.
Kundlivstidsvärde shows Snittvärde över 24 månader: what each paying customer pays per month today, over 24 months, averaged across customers. That is a fixed basis, not a prediction of how long anyone stays. It is a fair number to weigh against what you spend winning a customer, as long as you remember where it comes from.
Toppkunder per MRR lists each customer once, however many subscriptions they have, ranked by the recurring revenue they pay today, in your workspace currency. It is worth reading as a concentration risk, not a trophy cabinet. If the top three are a large share of revenue, losing one is an event rather than a dip.
Kunder på väg bort is the actionable part of the page, and it is exact: customers who have given notice (their subscription is cancelled or ending) but still pay until the date shown. The count and the monthly revenue leaving (MRR på väg bort) are what disappears when those dates arrive. Work that list; that is the whole point of it existing.
Engagemangspoäng — Genomsn. poäng and {{count}} kunder med lågt engagemang — is the leading indicator. Engagement falls before revenue does, which is what makes it useful: a customer who stopped replying in March is the one who cancels in June.
The engagement scores come from the health score, so they are only as good as how you have set that up: Understand and change the customer health score. If your role limits you to your own customers, every figure here covers only those.
Customers or Retention? This tab is now. Retention follows the same customers forward from when they joined, which is how you tell whether you are getting better: The Retention tab.
