Change what your dashboard shows

2. 2Switch the dashboard into edit mode.
3. 3Add the widgets you want, remove the ones you do not read, and drag them into the order that matches how you actually work.
4. 4Resize anything that deserves more room.
5. 5Save.

Put what you act on at the top. The first screen is what gets looked at; anything below the fold is optional reading. Overdue work and things at risk earn that space more than a total that only changes monthly.

Your layout is yours. Changing it does not affect colleagues. If the whole team should see the same thing, that is a shared dashboard set up by an administrator rather than everyone editing their own to match.

If you have made a mess of it, reset the dashboard to its default layout and start again. Nothing is lost — widgets read from your CRM data, so removing one deletes nothing.

For a number you want visible that no widget covers, build the report first and then add it here, rather than trying to make an existing widget mean something it does not.
