Give a client a view of their project

Inviter en uden for virksomheden til at følge dette ene projekt. De ser fremdrift, milepæle, de filer du deler og de kommentarer du deler. Intern dialog forbliver intern.

1. 1Open the project and find Kundeadgang → Administrer.
2. 2Enter their E-mail — navn@virksomhed.dk — and optionally a Navn (valgfrit): Sådan skal de vises

4. 4Send invitation.

Choose the files deliberately. Filer de kan se lists the project's documents and you pick which ones they can see. Nothing is shared by default, which is the right way round.

What they get. A single page with Fremdrift, Det er klaret, og det kommer, Planen if you allowed it, Delte filer, and Samtale — Ingen beskeder endnu. Alt, du skriver her, går til projektteamet. Du ser kun dette ene projekt.

No account, no password, no sight of your CRM.

Showing the task list is a judgement call. It answers most "where are we" emails before they are sent. It also exposes every wobble — a task that has been on hold for three weeks is visible. If the plan is honest, share it; if it is a working scratchpad, do not.

Keeping track. Hvem har adgang shows each guest with Ekstern and either Sidst åbnet {{date}} or Har endnu ikke åbnet linket — which tells you whether "I never saw that update" is true.

Send link igen if their link has gone astray; Fjern adgang when the project ends. After that they see Dette link er ikke længere aktivt — Din adgang til dette projekt er ophørt, eller linket er udløbet. Bed den, der inviterede dig, om at sende et nyt.

Revoke at the end of every project. An access that quietly persists for years is the kind of thing nobody notices until it matters.
