Filter projects and save views

Tilgængelig i alle planerBetaSådan gør duÅbn i DealJourney

When a team runs dozens of projects at once, the board stops being useful the moment it shows all of them. Filters narrow it down, and a saved view keeps that narrowing one click away.

Filter the projects. Click Filter above the projects and pick any mix of:

  • Status
  • Ejer, including Mig for whoever is signed in
  • Kunde
  • Projekttype
  • Sundhed
  • Fakturering: Ikke faktureret endnu, Delvist faktureret, Fuldt faktureret or Har beløb tilbage at fakturere

The invoicing filter only knows about projects that come from a connected accounting system, because that is where the invoices are issued. It measures invoicing against the project's agreed value, so "left to invoice" means agreed but not yet invoiced, not invoices waiting to be paid. Projects created in DealJourney itself show up under Ikke fra et regnskabssystem.

Within one filter a project needs to match any of the values you picked; across filters it has to match all of them. The same filter holds on the board, the list and the timeline, so switching between them never changes which projects you are looking at.

Built-in tabs. Alle projekter shows everything, and Mine projekter shows the projects you own.

Save a view. Set the filters, then click Gem som visning (or the plus next to the tabs), give it a name that says what it shows, and it appears as a tab of its own. A view keeps the rule rather than the projects that matched when you saved it, so "Installations in progress" stays current as projects move. The same idea is explained for the rest of the app in Save and share a view.

Change a view. Open its tab and adjust the filters: the change is saved to that view automatically. The small arrow on a tab lets you Omdøb, Skift ikon or Slet visning.

Put the tabs in your order. Drag a view tab onto another to move it there. The order is yours alone and follows you to other devices, so rearranging your tabs never moves them for a colleague.
