Percent is usually the honest unit. "Half of Anna for three weeks" matches how work really goes; "120 hours" hides the fact that she is also on two other things.
Conflicts are shown, not blocked. You are told Overlapper {{count}} eksisterende allokering(er) i dette interval and {{day}} når {{pct}} %. Somebody at 140% on a Thursday is a decision for you to make, and the plan says so rather than quietly accepting it — which is the entire value of the view.
Zoom to the question. 1 uge for this week's reality, 2 uger or 4 uger for whether you can take the next job. ledig marks the spare capacity.
⟦Intet projekt⟧ covers holiday, training and internal work. Leave those out and the plan will always look more available than the team is.
