Have AI write or change a document
You can describe the document you need and have it written for you, and you can ask for changes to a document you already have. Both show you the result before anything is final, and neither one sends anything.
These need AI switched on for your company, the same AI that powers Dealy and everything else. There is no separate AI purchase for documents: if AI is on, this is on, and if it is off, Beskriv det and Fråga AI are simply not offered. Everything else in Documents & Signing works exactly the same either way. Ask an administrator if you expected to see them and do not.
Write a new document from a description
- 1Press Nytt dokument.
- 2⟦Vilken sorts dokument?⟧ Pick Färdig utformad or Interaktivt, the same as always.
- 3⟦Vad ska det utgå från?⟧ Choose Beskriv det.
- 4Write what you need in your own words, then press Skriv det.
The more concrete you are, the less you have to fix afterwards. Say the length of the agreement, the price and how it is invoiced, the notice period, and anything that must be in there. A useful description reads like a note to a colleague, not like a search.
It opens in the editor as a normal draft. Everything in it is yours to change.
Ask for changes to a document you already have
Open any draft and press Fråga AI.
- 1Say what you want changed. There are a few suggestions to start from.
- 2If it should only touch part of the document, tick Ändra bara de delar jag väljer and pick the parts.
- 3Press Föreslå ändringar.
You then get a list of the proposed changes: what is added, what is removed, what is reworded, and the wording before and after. Nothing has happened to your document yet. Press Tillämpa ändringarna to accept them all, or Kasta and ask differently. If you change your mind after accepting, the message that appears has an undo.
Only the parts it names are touched. The rest of the document is left exactly as you wrote it, which is the point: a rewrite that quietly re-words a clause you never mentioned is the last thing you want in something someone is about to sign.
What it knows, and what it will not do
It uses what you tell it, plus whatever your company has written in its knowledge base: your tone of voice, your standard terms, your prices. Point a knowledge collection at legal or pricing material and every document written here starts from it.
It will not invent facts. Where a value is knowable, it uses a merge field, so the customer name and your own company details fill themselves in. Where it is not, you get a blank line to complete rather than a plausible-looking number.
Before you send it
Read it. These are drafts, not legal advice, and the person who sends a contract is the person responsible for what it says. What is checked before a document goes out lists everything the system itself will check for you.
