The Customer Analytics tab
Kundeanalyse takes the same subscriptions and groups them by customer, which answers a different question from the list.
Use it for concentration. A customer with several subscriptions looks like several ordinary rows in the list and one large number here. That difference matters: if your top customers are a large share of recurring revenue, losing one is an event to plan for rather than a dip to absorb.
And for the upsell conversation. A customer on one small subscription for three years is either happy and under-served, or has quietly stopped needing you. Both are worth a call, and neither is visible when you read subscriptions one at a time.
This tab or the Reports page? This is subscription revenue grouped by customer, in the place you are already working. The reports page puts the same money in context — how it moves, what it retains, what churn does to it: The Revenue tab and The Customers tab. Use this tab while working an account, the reports when judging the business.
Read it alongside health scores. High revenue with falling engagement is the most expensive combination there is, and the two numbers live on different pages: Understand and change the customer health score.
