The Customers tab
Kunder is a snapshot of your base: how many, how valuable, how engaged, and who is wobbling.
⟦Samlet antal kunder⟧ with Kundevækst and Frafaldsratetrend is the shape of the base over time.
⟦Kundelivstidsværdi⟧ — Gennemsnitlig CLV — is what a customer is worth over the whole relationship. It is the number that decides what you can afford to spend winning one, so it belongs in any conversation about marketing budget.
⟦Topkunder pr. MRR⟧ is worth reading as a concentration risk, not a trophy cabinet. If the top three are a large share of revenue, losing one is an event rather than a dip.
⟦Risikoudsatte kunder⟧, split into Høj risiko, Middel risiko and Lav risiko, is the actionable part of the page. Work the high-risk list; that is the whole point of it existing.
⟦Engagementspoint⟧ — Gns. point and {{count}} kunder med lavt engagement — is the leading indicator. Engagement falls before revenue does, which is what makes it useful: a customer who stopped replying in March is the one who cancels in June.
The risk scoring comes from the health score, so it is only as good as how you have set that up: Understand and change the customer health score.
Customers or Retention? This tab is now. Retention follows the same customers forward from when they joined, which is how you tell whether you are getting better: The Retention tab.
