Type in figures the CRM does not hold

Some numbers you want to report on do not live in the CRM: a headcount, a marketing spend, a budget target, a figure that comes out of a system nobody has connected. Manuel dataindtastning is where you type those in.

  1. 1Open Manuelle data.
  2. 2Vælg år.
  3. 3Choose Månedlig or Kvartalsvis.
  4. 4Fill the grid — each row is a metric, each column a period, with I alt calculated.
  5. 5Gem data for {{year}}.

Adding your own rows. Ny brugerdefineret måling creates a Brugerdefineret måling. Name it the way it will read on a chart, because that is where it ends up.

Removing rows. Select them and Slet valgte ({{count}})Ingen rækker valgt. Vælg rækker for at slette. if you have not.

One year at a time. Ingen data fundet for {{year}}. Viser eksempeldata. is what you see on a year you have not filled in yet, so starting a new year is a deliberate act rather than something that happens by itself.

Anything the CRM already knows should not be here. Revenue, deal counts, new customers — those are computed from your data and are always right. Typing them in by hand creates a second version that will disagree with the first, and then nobody trusts either. Use this only for what genuinely has no source in the system.

Put a reminder in the calendar. Hand-maintained figures rot silently: a chart with a flat line since March looks like a business problem rather than somebody forgetting to fill the grid in. Set a monthly task for it: Tasks that repeat

For cash in and out specifically, the liquidity forecast is the better home — it understands dates and balances rather than treating them as numbers in a row: Add a payment to the forecast
