Set up a subscription tier
A tier is what a customer is on. Turn a product into one and it becomes selectable when creating a subscription.
- 3Set Standard faktureringsperiode and which Faktureringsperioder you allow.
- 4Add its pricing.
Pricing plans. Prisplaner → Tilføj ny prisplan. Each has a Plannavn (F.eks. Basis, Pro, Enterprise), a Valuta, a Månedspris and an Årspris, plus Funktioner (kommasepareret) — Funktion 1, Funktion 2, Endnu en funktion
Set the annual price deliberately. It is a separate number, not a calculation: leave it at twelve times monthly and you have no annual discount, which is usually not what was intended and is discovered when a customer asks why paying up front saves them nothing.
One plan per currency you actually sell in. A missing currency means somebody types a price by hand at quote time, and hand-typed prices are how a catalogue stops being the source of truth.
⟦Engangsgebyr for nye abonnementer. Bruges af mulighedsmodalen til at oprette "Oprettelsesgebyr (Abonnementsnavn)"-poster.⟧ — so a one-off charge on signup does not need a separate product remembered by the salesperson.
⟦Ingen prisplaner defineret for dette produkt endnu.⟧ means the tier is selectable but prices nothing, which produces a subscription at zero rather than an error. Check this before using a new tier in anger.
Deleting a plan is staged, not immediate: Denne handling markerer prisplanen "{{name}}" til sletning. Sletningen færdiggøres, når du gemmer produktet. Hvis planen netop blev tilføjet og ikke er gemt endnu, vil den blive kasseret.
Using it is Create a subscription; VAT and price rules are Prices, VAT and margin.
