Deal types — let each kind of deal use only its own steps

Et tilbud med en type viser kun typens trin, både på tavlen og inde i tilbuddet. Et tilbud uden type viser alle trin, og vundet, tabt og totaler virker som før.

Deal types are an add-on. Until DealJourney switches it on for your workspace, the Tilbudstyper tab does not appear.

Set them up in the pipeline builder, on the Tilbudstyper tab.

1. 1Type a name, for example Navn, for eksempel Udbud, and choose Tilføj tilbudstype. A new type starts with every step.
2. 2Click a step to take it out of the type, or back in. A type needs at least one step.
3. 3Rename a type by editing its name. Slet removes it; its deals keep their step and show every step again.

All types share your one set of steps, so Won, Lost, forecasts and totals work exactly as before. To add or rename a step, change it in Edit your pipeline in the builder and then tick it on the types that use it.

On a deal, pick the type with Tilbudstype above the step bar. The bar then shows only that type's steps. Changing the type never moves the deal: if its current step is not part of the new type, that step stays visible until you move the deal on. Ingen type shows every step.

On the board, pick a type next to the column picker. The board then shows only that type's steps as columns and only its deals as cards, and the column counts follow. Alle tilbudstyper is the full board. The choice is saved with your view, so a view per type opens on its own board. The list view always shows every deal.
