Buy a module

Some modules are not part of your plan but can be bought on their own as a monthly add-on. Only a workspace administrator can buy one.

1. 1Open Markedsplads from the sidebar and open the module under Tilkøb, or open the module's page directly. A module you can buy shows its monthly price on a buy button. One that cannot be bought here shows a way to talk to us instead.
2. 2Press the buy button. A dialog opens on the page you are on.
3. 3If we do not have your billing details yet, the dialog asks for them first: registered company name, country, VAT number, address and the email address invoices go to. The VAT number is checked against the official register while you type, so you see straight away whether it is right and who it is registered to.
4. 4Press Fortsæt. The dialog shows the price before VAT, the VAT and the total per month.
5. 5Press Gå til betaling and pay by card. The payment page opens inside DealJourney.
6. 6After paying, the confirmation names the module you bought and takes you back to it, switched on.

What you are agreeing to

• It renews every month on the card you paid with, which we keep for that. Each renewal is priced and taxed on the day, so an introductory price ends when it should and a per-user price follows how many users you have.
• You can cancel any time from Manage your subscriptions and saved card. The module stays on until the end of the month you have paid for.
• You get an invoice for every payment, by email and on Fakturering.

Which currency you pay in

You pay in your own country's currency: Norwegian kroner in Norway, Swedish kronor in Sweden, Danish kroner in Denmark, and euros everywhere else. The country comes from your billing details. A renewal stays in the currency you first paid in.

How VAT is handled

DealJourney ApS is a Danish company. A business in Norway, Sweden or the United Kingdom with a VAT number that checks out in its register pays no VAT on the invoice and accounts for it itself (reverse charge). A business in Denmark pays Danish VAT. See Set your billing details and verify your VAT number.

A module you already have

A module that is already part of your plan, or that you already pay for, is not offered for sale. If you open the buy dialog twice, both use the same checkout, so you can never pay for the same module twice.
