Show only your records, your team's, or everyone's
Every CRM list carries a people filter next to the other filters. It decides *whose* records you are looking at, and it is remembered between visits — which is why a list can look wrong days after you set it.
- 1Open the people filter on the list.
- 2Pick Bare meg, choose named people, or pick under Team — including Mine team.
- 3Bruk filter.
Velg brukere for å filtrere data. Kun valgte brukeres data vises.
⟦Ingen brukerfilter⟧ means no restriction: Ingen brukerfilter — viser alle rader i tenant. Velg personer for å begrense.
⟦Vis alle data (inkludert ikke-tilordnede)⟧ goes one step further and includes records with no owner at all. Those are invisible under any named-person filter, so this is the setting that finds the leads nobody was ever assigned. While it is on you are told Vis alle data-modus er aktiv.
When a list looks empty and should not be, check this filter first. A saved Bare meg is the single most common cause — the records are there, they belong to a colleague. Fjern alle resets it.
⟦Du er ikke medlem av noen team⟧ means the team options will not help you yet. Teams are set up by an administrator: Set up teams.
This is a view filter, not a permission. It changes what you are looking at, not what you are allowed to see — if your role restricts you to your own data, choosing everyone here will not widen it. That is Control who can open what.
On the calendar it behaves slightly differently: Standardomfang: din CRM-konto og tilkoblede kalender-e-poster. Velg personer for å sammenligne kalendere.
