Choose columns on a list inside a record

Tilgjengelig i alle planerSlik gjør duÅpne i DealJourney

Open a customer and most of the tabs are lists of other records: the sales, the subscriptions, the activities, the invoices, the tickets, the projects, the contacts, and any object your company has defined. A sale has lists of its own. These are the same tables as the full list pages, with the same controls.

They start compact on purpose

A list inside a record is there to answer a question about the record you are already looking at, so it opens with a handful of columns rather than everything. On a customer's Muligheter tab that is the name, the stage, the closing date, the total and the sales rep. The breakdown into recurring, yearly and one-off revenue is still there, it is just not switched on for you.

Nothing is missing, and nothing is locked. Everything the record type has is one tap away.

Add the columns you want

  1. 1Open the tab.
  2. 2Press Tilpass kolonner in the toolbar above the list.
  3. 3Tick anything you want to see. Every field the record type has is offered, including the custom fields your company has added.
  4. 4Press Bruk endringer.

Drag the headers to reorder, and drag their edges to set widths. It is the same picker as a full list page, so everything in Choose columns and sort a list applies here too, including Tilbakestill til standard when you want the compact set back.

The toolbar also carries Søk and the same filter builder the full pages use. See Filter a list.

Your layout, per list

What you choose is yours, not the whole workspace's, and it is remembered per list rather than per record. Arrange the sales list on one customer and every other customer's sales list looks the same when you open it. Nothing you do here touches the full Muligheter page, and nothing there touches this.

Each list is separate too. The activities on a customer and the activities on a sale answer different questions, so they keep different layouts even though they show the same kind of record.

Copying a layout you already built

Some tabs offer Synk fra siden in the picker. It copies the columns you have switched on for the full list page into the tab, as a starting point you can then trim. It is a one-off copy, not a permanent link: after it, the two go their separate ways again.

Changing what is on the tab itself

Columns decide what a list shows. Which tabs exist, what they are called, and what else sits on them is a separate, administrator-level thing. See Custom tabs on a record.
