Change a field on many deals at once
Tidying a pipeline usually means the same small change on a lot of deals: a batch that all slipped to next quarter, a departing colleague's deals that need a new owner, a stage everyone forgot to move. You can do that in one pass from the deals list instead of opening each one.
Change the field
- 1Open Muligheter from the sidebar.
- 2Switch to Liste using the view toggle near the top right. Narrow the list first if it helps: everything you can filter or search for, you can then select.
- 3Tick the deals you want. A bar appears along the bottom of the list showing how many you picked.
- 4Choose Endre felt in that bar.
- 5Pick the field under Felt som skal oppdateres, then set what it should become under Ny verdi.
- 6Confirm.
Stage, close date, probability, owner, source, forecast category and your own custom fields are all available, and the value you set replaces whatever was there before. To empty a field instead of filling it, turn on Tøm verdi (sett til tom).
Large selections run in the background, so you can keep working while they finish. Any deal your access level does not let you edit is skipped, and you are told how many that was.
What you still do one deal at a time
Marking deals won. Winning a deal is not only a stage: it starts the subscription, raises the first invoice and hands the sale over to your accounting system. None of that happens from a bulk change, so a whole selection moved into the won stage would look won and be billed to nobody. Move the batch to any other stage together, then open each winner and mark it won on its own page.
Marking deals lost, if your workspace asks for a reason. The reason belongs to one deal, so it cannot be given for a selection. Where the requirement is switched off, lost works in bulk like any other stage, which is the quick way to clear out deals that went quiet. An administrator controls the requirement under CRM defaults in settings.
In both cases the list tells you why before you confirm, so nothing is applied and then undone.
