Search, filter, and save customer views

Available on all plansHow-toOpen in DealJourney

The Customers page gives you several ways to narrow the list down to what you're looking for:

  1. 1Search: type a name, email, or other detail into the search box at the top of the list to jump to a specific customer. A CVR or organisation number finds its company however it is written ("11 74 19 16", "DK11741916"), and so does a P-number. An identifier kept in one of your own fields is found too once that field is marked searchable: Add a custom field.
  2. 2Filters: use the shared filter control for any standard or custom field, including a column hidden from the table. Industry, account status, and health score are available here alongside all the other fields. Filter a list explains comparisons, multiple selections, and combining conditions. For useful rules based on linked records, such as open deals or last activity, see Filter by related records.
  3. 3Show: open Show and tick Archived organizations or Suppliers to include them in the list. Both are hidden by default. The button shows how many of these options are enabled; reopen it to untick them. These choices apply immediately and are kept for this browser tab, separately from saved views. On a phone, the same button opens a bottom panel. Searching also finds suppliers with this option off; archived organizations stay hidden until you enable them here.
  4. 4Owner: if you're allowed to see other people's customers, use the user filter to switch between just your customers and the whole team's.

Once you've set up a filter you use often, save it as a view so you don't have to rebuild it each time. Saved views show up under Customers in the sidebar, and you can share a view with your team.

You can also switch the page between a list and a card layout using the toggle near the top right, handy on smaller screens.

The filter bar and saved views are the same component on every list in DealJourney, so anything you learn here works on the others: Filter a list covers building a filter, and Save and share a view covers keeping and sharing one.

During a service update, several selected values may briefly be unavailable. The page explains this and lets you retry. Choose one value per field if you need to continue immediately; unfiltered results are not shown in their place.
