Sign off work and hand the job to administration
An assigned technician or an administrator can sign off work from the job. On the Översikt tab, the Tid card appears when there is work to sign off (the booked time itself is in the left-hand column). Choose Bekräfta utfört arbete there, and under Bekräfta faktisk tid (TT:MM) check the hours and minutes. They start from the planned duration, or the estimated duration when no full time slot is set. Change them to the time actually spent, then choose Bekräfta utfört arbete again to confirm.
The job now shows Väntar på administratörens granskning with the confirmed time, and moves on to your first status after its current one that asks for approval (Awaiting approval, if you kept the starting set). An administrator checks the work and chooses Granska och slutför jobbet. The job moves to your furthest active completed status that does not invoice or request financial approval (Approved, in the starting set). If no such status exists, the administrator must configure one first; see Set up your job statuses.
A workspace can choose a different status instead. On Job settings, under Var uppdrag faktureras, pick one in När en administratör godkänner ett jobb, flytta det till; Automatiskt keeps the behaviour above. Only a finished status after the one a signed-off job waits on can be chosen; the others are greyed out with the reason. A status that invoices is allowed and is marked Godkännandet skapar fakturan: approving then raises the draft invoice, exactly as moving the job there by hand would. If the invoice cannot be made, for example because the job has no customer, still needs something, or its invoice needs financial approval, the approval is refused with the reason and the job stays where it was.
The confirmation and review are recorded in the job's history. This confirms the work's duration; it does not add a second time entry or invoice the hours. Recording and billing time remains the separate flow in Log hours on a job and bill them.
