See which jobs need attention
At the top of the Jobs page, above every view, a single line answers "is everything that should be done, done, and can it be invoiced?". It is headed Behöver uppmärksamhet and shows one chip per kind of trouble, with a count. Click a chip to see the jobs in it, each with the reason, and click a job to open it. When nothing needs attention the line says Inget behöver uppmärksamhet: alla jobb är i tid och inget väntar på faktura.
The chips, red first, then amber, then green:
- Running late. The booked time is over and the job has not reached a completed status. A draft whose held time passed without anybody booking it shows here too. A day booked with no time counts as the whole day.
- Double bookings. Somebody is on two jobs at the same time in the coming week.
- On a day off. Somebody is on a job on a day they have time off.
- Drafts not sent. A draft is holding a time in the next two days, but has not been booked, so nobody has been told.
- Waiting for approval. The job sits in a status your workspace has set to need approval.
- Done, missing info to invoice. The job is finished but cannot be invoiced yet. Each job says what is missing, from the same checklist the job itself shows (Decide what a job needs before each status): a customer, a delivered line, a price, or the fields your workspace requires.
- Ready to invoice. Finished, nothing missing, and not invoiced yet.
Jobs invoiced on their project's invoice are left out of the last two, since the project invoice has its own checklist. Statuses are read by what you have set them to mean in Job settings, so this works with your own status names.
The line only shows the jobs you are allowed to see. It updates when a job is moved, booked or finished.
