Pictures on a job

The Bilder tab holds the pictures from the visit. Inga bilder ännu. Ett före och ett efter är det som avgör en tvist om det här besöket senare.

Adding one. Lägg till bilder, then Välj en bild and say whether it is Före, Efter or Annat. A Vad bilden visar, med några få ord is worth writing: six months later nobody remembers which cupboard that was.

Välj flera på en gång. Bilderna krymps på den här enheten innan de skickas, så foton direkt från mobilen fungerar bra, och du kan namnge dem efteråt. If one is still too large after that you are told plainly: Bilden är för stor för att sparas även efter att den krympts. Ta den igen med lägre upplösning.

Before and after sit side by side, in pairs, which is the whole reason a service business takes them. A visit with only one of the two shows Ingen före-bild or Ingen efter-bild in the empty half, so a missing before is obvious while the crew is still on site rather than in an argument afterwards.

Pictures are not documents. They live on the job itself, so they work with no cloud drive connected and they do not end up in the customer's contract folder. Product sheets, certificates and the paperwork you are obliged to file are documents, and those are on the Dokument tab: Document storage

Adding and removing a picture are both written to the Historik tab, so it is answerable who took a picture off the record and when.
