Schedule a job and send a crew

The slot. När is a day plus Start and Slut, not just a date. That is the difference between a job and a task: thirty visits in a day only work if each one knows its two hours.

If the end is before the start you are told rather than allowed: Sluttiden ligger före starttiden.

A job with no slot yet reads Inte planerat and stays in the list waiting to be booked. Every reschedule is recorded on the Historik tab, so "we moved it because they were not in" is answerable months later.

The crew. Arbetslag is a list of people, not one assignee — the thing that most separates a visit from every other record in DealJourney. Two electricians and an apprentice go to the same job, and all three need to see it.

Alla i den här listan ser uppdraget. Arbetsledaren är den kunden och planeraren frågar efter.

Add somebody with Lägg till någon i arbetslaget, give them a Roll på det här uppdraget if it matters, and use Gör till arbetsledare for the person the customer and the dispatcher should ask for. Ta bort från uppdraget takes somebody off. Until anybody is on it the job reads Ingen är inplanerad ännu.

Ansvarig is separate and is about accountability rather than attendance: the person answerable for the job, who may well not be in the van. A job with nobody set reads Ingen ännu.

Changing the crew is recorded, so it is answerable who was actually sent rather than who was planned.

A note on the phone. The technician's mobile view is not built yet. Today a job is planned, scheduled and completed from a computer, which is fine for a dispatcher and awkward for somebody in a crawlspace. That surface is the next substantial piece of work on this module.
