The Analytics tab
Analyse answers the two questions a quarter of objectives raises: are we on pace, and where is the trouble.
⟦Fremdrift mot tempo⟧ is the one to read first. It puts actual progress against Forventet tempo — where you should be if progress were even across the period. Six weeks into a quarter at 20% is behind, even though 20% sounds like movement, and this is the chart that makes that obvious while there is still time.
Alle mål shows the whole set together; look at individual goals when the aggregate hides one objective dragging.
⟦Statusfordeling⟧ counts objectives by status. The shape matters more than any single goal: mostly on track with one or two at risk is a healthy quarter, everything at risk is a target-setting problem rather than an execution one.
⟦Fremdrift per mål⟧ ranks them, so you can see whether overall progress is broad or is really two objectives doing all the work.
⟦Gjennomsnittlig fremdrift per periode⟧ — Gj.snittlig fremdrift across periods — is the long view: are your quarters getting better, or did one good one flatter the average.
Progress only moves when people check in, so a flat line here is ambiguous: it can mean nothing happened, or that nobody has recorded what happened. Check the check-in count before concluding the team is stuck: Check in on a target.
⟦Ingen data ennå⟧ and Ingen mål ennå mean the period has nothing in it, not that the tab is broken.
