See what Dealy knows and can reach

One page shows what Dealy works from, so you can tell why it can or cannot help with something.

Open Dealy full screen. In the conversation list on the left, under Innstillinger, choose Hva Dealy vet. On a phone, open the conversation list first.

Husket om deg. The facts Dealy has been told to remember about you, which it reads in every conversation. Press Rediger det Dealy husker to correct or delete them, as described in Tell Dealy how to work and what to remember.

Hva Dealy har tilgang til. Each source shows whether it is connected, and if it is not, what Dealy cannot do because of it:

• CRM-et ditt: always available, with exactly the access you have yourself.
• E-post: your connected mailbox. Without one, Dealy cannot read, search or draft your email. Connect it under your email settings.
• Kalender: your Outlook or Google calendar, through the same connection as your email. Without it, Dealy only sees meetings made in DealJourney.
• Regnskapssystem: the accounting system your workspace has connected. Without one, Dealy only sees invoices made in DealJourney.
• Kunnskapsbasen din: the published articles in your workspace's knowledge base. If answering from the knowledge base is turned off for you, it says so.
• DealJourneys hjelpeveiledninger: the guides Dealy uses to explain how DealJourney works.

A source marked Trenger oppmerksomhet is connected but has stopped working, usually because the sign-in expired. Reconnect it and Dealy can use it again. Ukjent means it could not be checked just then; it does not mean it is missing.
