Tell Dealy how to work and what to remember
Dealy does not carry anything from one conversation to the next unless you put it in settings. If you find yourself explaining the same thing every time, that is what these fields are for.
Open Dealy-innstillinger and fill in whichever apply:
- ⟦Fakta å huske⟧ — stable facts you do not want to repeat. Stabile fakta: produktnavn, konkurrent-stavemåter, interne definisjoner, navnekonvensjoner, interessenter — så du slipper å gjenta dem hver gang. This is the place for your own vocabulary: if your company calls opportunities "projects", or counts anything that is not an advert as a project, say so and Dealy will use your words.
- ⟦Om deg og arbeidet ditt⟧ — who you are and what you are measured on. Rolle, bransje, ICP, region, teamstørrelse, hva «suksess» betyr her — alt Deal Journey ikke allerede vet.
- ⟦Hvordan Dealy skal opptre⟧ — how it should write. Tone, språk, svarlengde, punktliste vs prosa, når den skal stille oppklarende spørsmål, verktøy du foretrekker at den bruker eller unngår.
Seeing and changing what Dealy remembers
Remembered facts are separate entries, not one block of text. Click the Fakta å huske row in settings to open Det Dealy husker, where each fact is listed on its own with the date it was saved and whether you typed it or Dealy saved it for you.
From there you can:
- ⟦Legg til⟧ a new fact by typing it at the top.
- ⟦Rediger⟧ one, to fix the wording. The date it was first saved is kept.
- ⟦Slett⟧ one you no longer want.
You do not have to come here to save something. In any conversation you can just say "remember that we call opportunities projects" and Dealy saves it himself; it shows up in this list straight away, marked Lagret av Dealy. Telling him a rule has changed updates the existing entry instead of stacking a second one, and telling him to forget something removes it.
Facts saved before this list existed appear as Lagret tidligere, because there was no date to keep.
These are yours, not the team's
Dette gjelder dine egne samtaler, ikke hele teamet. En regel alle skal følge hører hjemme i en artikkel i kunnskapsbasen. A colleague's Dealy will not know what you wrote. For something everyone should share, write it into the Knowledge Base instead, which Dealy searches for all users.
Sendt til modellen: shows exactly what gets attached to your messages, so you can see the effect of what you typed rather than guessing. Tøm personlig kontekst empties it all again, including everything Dealy remembers.
Also here: Standardmodus, which decides whether a new conversation starts in CRM or research mode, and Side- og rutehint, which lets Dealy see which page you are on so "add a note here" means something.
