Log hours
Adding time after the fact
- 1Open Tidsregistrering from the sidebar.
- 2Click Tilføj tid.
- 3Pick the Kunde, and optionally narrow it further with Projekt, Salgsmulighed or Opgave.
- 4Set the Dato and Timer.
- 5Write a Note — Valgfrit. Hvad arbejdede du med?
- 6Set Fakturerbart if you already know, or leave it: Du kan afklare det senere.
- 7Tilføj tid.
The date is free, so catching up on a forgotten Tuesday on Friday afternoon is normal use — the entry lands on the day it belongs to, and you are told Tid tilføjet {{date}} so you can see it went where you meant.
The note is what makes the hours defensible. "4 hours" on an invoice line invites an argument; "4 hours — rebuilt the import mapping after the field change" does not. Write it while you still remember.
Running a timer instead
Use Start timer when you begin, and Stop when you finish. The header shows Timer kører på {{title}} wherever you are in the app, so you cannot forget it is going. Starting a timer somewhere else offers Skift hertil — only one runs at a time, so switching tasks closes the old entry cleanly rather than double-counting.
If you leave one running overnight: Timeren kørte over 12 t og blev begrænset til 12 t.
Logging from where you are. You do not have to come to this page — tickets, projects and tasks each have their own way to log time against themselves, and it all arrives here.
Removing an entry. Slet on the row. Dette fjerner registreringen og justerer de registrerede timer, den talte med i. Dette kan ikke fortrydes.
