Filter by related records

Some questions are not about a field on the record at all. "Customers we have emailed more than 20 times" or "contacts nobody has been in touch with for a month" depend on the emails, deals, tickets and activities linked to each record. You can filter on those directly.

1. 1Open the list page and open the filter panel, exactly as in Filter a list.
2. 2Click Lägg till filter and open the field list. Under Relaterade poster you will find what that list can be filtered by.
3. 3Pick one and say how many: more than, at least, fewer than, exactly, between two numbers, has any, or has none.

What each list offers:

• Customers: E-post, Öppna affärsmöjligheter, Vunna affärsmöjligheter, Öppna ärenden, Förfallna fakturor, Öppna aktiviteter and Senaste aktivitet.
• Contacts: the same, except overdue invoices, which belong to the company.
• Leads: emails, open deals and won deals.
• Deals: emails, open activities and last activity.

No activity in a while. Pick Senaste aktivitet, choose "is not within last" and type a period such as 30 days. Records that have never had any activity are included, because they have not had any in the last 30 days either. To leave those out, add a second condition: last activity "at any time".

What counts.

• An email is any email logged on the record's own timeline, sent or received.
• A deal is open until it reaches a won or lost stage in your pipeline.
• A ticket is open until it is closed or resolved. Deleted and merged tickets do not count.
• An invoice is overdue when it is unpaid and past its due date, the same rule the Invoices page uses.
• An activity is open until it is completed or cancelled. For a contact, an activity counts whether the contact is the main contact on it or one of the extra people added to it.
• Last activity is when the latest activity took place: its start time, or its deadline for a task. Something booked for the future does not count until it happens.

It composes. These are ordinary conditions, so you can combine them with any other filter, with och or in either/or groups, and save the result as a view (Save and share a view). A saved view keeps meaning "no activity in the last 30 days" as time passes.
