Build a calling campaign
New campaign, give it a Campaign name — e.g. Q2 outbound list — and choose how to fill it.
⟦Build from CRM⟧ — Target a CRM segment. Only records with a phone number are added.
- 1Pick the Source: Contacts, Customers or Leads.
- 2Narrow it: Search — Name, company, email... — Status (e.g. new, qualified), Customer ID, or Only mine.
- 3Watch {{count}} records with a phone number as you go.
- 4Create campaign.
The preview is the part to take seriously. Build the list until the count is a number you can actually get through in a sitting — a campaign of 800 is a list you abandon, a campaign of 60 is an afternoon.
⟦No matching records have a phone number.⟧ means your filter is fine but nobody in it has a phone number. Records without one cannot be added at all, which is worth knowing before you conclude the filter is broken.
⟦Paste numbers⟧ — Paste a list of numbers to call. One per line. One per line, optionally phone, name, so a line can carry the name too: +47 900 00 000, Jane Doe +47 911 11 111 You are shown {{count}} numbers before creating.
Use this for a list from outside the CRM. Numbers pasted this way have no record behind them until somebody creates one.
Finished lists. Archive keeps the history but takes the campaign out of the way; Show archived ({{count}}) brings them back into view. When a list is genuinely done you see Campaign exhausted — Every number in this campaign has been called.
