The OKR tabs

The tab strip across the top is one set of objectives shown four ways, plus two tabs that look backwards.

⟦Mål⟧ is the working view: objectives as cards with their key results, where you read progress and check in. Check in on a target

⟦Tabell⟧ is the same objectives as rows — Mål, Nivå, Eier, Status, Fremdrift and Nøkkelresultater. Use it when you want to scan thirty objectives for the ones that are behind, or sort by owner to see who is carrying too many. Ingen mål when the filter matches nothing.

⟦Team⟧ groups by team, for when the question is "how is sales doing" rather than "how is this objective doing". It needs teams to exist: Ingen team opprettet ennå — Opprett team for å tildele mål på teamnivå. See Set up teams. Alle team takes the grouping off again.

⟦Analyse⟧, Historikk and Retrospektiv are the backward-looking three: The Analytics tab, The History tab and Write a retrospective.

Which to use. Goals for doing the work, Table for a review meeting, Teams for a management conversation. They are the same data — a check-in in one shows everywhere, so there is no "main" view to keep in sync.
