Close out a period

When the period's end date has passed, a bar appears at the top: Denne periode er afsluttet. Bedøm dine mål, og overfør uafsluttet arbejde til næste periode.

1. 1Open Mål and select the period that has ended.
2. 2On each goal, click Bedøm. Score it from 0.0 to 1.0. Bedøm målet fra 0,0 til 1,0. I OKR-bedømmelse er 0,7 succes — at nå 1,0 hver gang betyder, at målene var for nemme. 0,0–0,3 ikke nået · 0,4–0,6 god fremgang · 0,7+ succes
3. 3Optionally write a Refleksion, then Gem bedømmelse.
4. 4Luk periode when the grades are in.
5. 5Overfør to move unfinished goals into a later period. Uncheck any that should stay behind. If no later period exists yet, one is created for you.

Rolling over is a decision, not a default. Unfinished work that still matters should be taken forward on purpose. Letting it sit on a closed period is how a goal quietly disappears.

You can reopen. Genåbn periode unlocks the period again if something was graded too soon.

The Retrospektiv tab is for the write-up after the numbers are in — what went well, what you would change, and whether the targets were the right ones. It is optional; closing the period does not require it.
