Search, filter, and save activity views

Available on all plansHow-toOpen in DealJourney

The Activities page is built around two filters that sit above the list, and most day-to-day use is just moving between them:

  1. 1Time: Overdue, Today, This week and the longer windows, up to All time. This filters on the deadline date, so activities with no deadline will not appear in any of them.
  2. 2Status: defaults to All but completed, which is what you want when working a list. Switch it to Completed to look back at what was done, Open (not canceled) to hide the cancelled ones as well as the completed ones, or All to see everything.Beyond those, search by headline, and use the filter panel to narrow by

type, priority, customer, or any custom field your company has added.

Seeing other people's work. If you are allowed to, switch the user filter from yourself to the whole team to see what is open across everyone. That is the view to use when checking whether anything is being dropped.

Save a combination you use often as a view. It appears under Activities in the sidebar and can be shared with the team.

To pull the list out of DealJourney, use Export as CSV. It exports what is currently on screen, so set your filters first.

The filter bar and saved views are the same component on every list in DealJourney, so anything you learn here works on the others: Filter a list covers building a filter, and Save and share a view covers keeping and sharing one.
