Review dated ownership and correct shareholder events
The shareholder register derives ownership from its retained events. The same register is available through the native accounting and Boardrooms ownership screens. Access to the module does not override the company's page permissions: a view-only role may read but cannot change ownership.
Both entry points use the Boardrooms ownership permission, including open edit and correction dialogs. Switching companies clears the previous company's open forms and loads that company's ownership, shareholders, classes and annual report separately. If a register read fails, use Prøv igen; a failed read does not mean zero shares or no owners. Saving keeps the controls busy until the ownership views have refreshed.
Current ownership includes only events effective through today. Future-dated events stay in the history and are included when checking that a new transfer will not create a later shortage. The annual register uses its selected year's boundaries.
In the printable register and annual-report view, enter Rapporteringsår explicitly. You can select older or later years without waiting for a menu update. An empty or incomplete year shows Indtast et gyldigt firecifret rapporteringsår for at hente årets tal. and disables the annual CSV download. The printable current-ownership register is separate from the selected annual figures.
A transfer or redemption must be supported by available shares on its effective date and throughout later recorded events. A later acquisition cannot fund an earlier sale. A backdated transfer cannot use shares already committed by a later sale. If an event is blocked, review the dates and intervening history instead of changing the date merely to make it pass.
Use different sending and receiving shareholders and a positive whole number of shares. Retrying the same submitted event returns its existing result; changing its details after an uncertain response requires reviewing the history first.
When correcting an event, enter an explanation and review Korrektionsdato. The correction date cannot precede the original event. The correction retains the original event, share class, quantity and price, reverses the parties and checks dated availability again. Repeated correction requests return the existing correction. Corrections themselves cannot be reversed; prepare a new reviewed event if further changes are needed.
A class with recorded ownership cannot have its nominal value or votes per share overwritten, because that would change historical capital and voting totals. Record and review a separate capital event through the supported company process. A non-voting class may have zero votes; zero is preserved when saving.
Korrektionen bevarer den oprindelige hændelse og bruger den valgte ejerdato. Aktierne skal være til rådighed den dag og gennem senere registrerede hændelser. En registerhændelse bogfører ikke en kapitalbetaling i regnskabet.
This register records ownership. It does not itself post capital contributions, payments, or capital changes into the accounting ledger, and it does not submit a statutory filing.
Shareholder and class edits are checked against the saved details you opened. If someone saves a conflicting change meanwhile, your save is refused instead of overwriting it. Close and reopen the editor, review the latest details, and apply your changes again. An identical completed edit can be retried safely after a lost response; it does not undo later changes to other fields.
New shareholder forms require an explicit Vælg ejertype and do not invent a country. New ownership events require an explicit Vælg ejerhændelse, effective date and share class. New classes start with blank voting and nominal values; enter zero deliberately for a non-voting class. An open shareholder or class draft keeps your entered values during background refreshes; close and reopen it to load the latest saved record.
Class voting and nominal values retain up to four decimal places when saved, listed and reopened for editing. The class list and printable class legend display every meaningful decimal place, including values below one cent.
Ownership capital totals, shareholder holding values and recorded per-share prices also retain exact decimals. Shareholder details use the server-calculated capital for each class, and annual figures keep the same precision. Displayed ownership percentages remain rounded for readability.
Share quantities retain every digit in the register, history, printable view and annual CSV. Enter a positive whole number for each ownership event; fractional and out-of-range quantities cannot be registered. Large valid quantities do not require splitting an event to avoid browser rounding.
If a shareholder or class save loses its response, retry the unchanged form while it remains open. The retry returns the original creation result without creating a duplicate or undoing later edits. Reusing that submission with different details is refused: review the register first, then reopen a form if another record is needed. Closing or reloading the form ends that retry context, so check the register before starting again after an uncertain response.
