Review and book sales invoices in native accounting

In the restricted native accounting workspace, open Sales invoices. This queue reads existing CRM invoices and does not send them. Use Open CRM invoices to work with the original documents.

Accounting view-only access permits inspection while disabling classification changes, booking and voucher correction. Switching workspace clears the open review and loads that workspace's records. If voucher details or the source receipt cannot load, use Retry; a failed request does not mean the document is missing.

Choose Review for booking on an invoice. Draft, cancelled and failed documents cannot be booked. The issued document needs a customer, document number, date and explicit NOK currency. Its saved line amounts and tax must reconcile to its totals. Resolve conflicting amounts in the source document rather than altering them to make the accounting pass.

Review each Account and Tax. If the source is missing this detail, choose it here. The system keeps the original source details and your classification choices with the voucher. Zero-rated and exempt sales are distinct choices; a missing classification is not inferred from the total tax.

Confirm the calculated lines and choose Book reviewed invoice. A change to the invoice after your review requires a refreshed review. Retrying a completed booking returns the same active voucher. Mixed rates remain separate in the tax breakdown. A credit with negative document totals reduces the customer's balance.

Use Include booked invoices to inspect historical bookings, then Open voucher to inspect the posted evidence. If the current CRM invoice differs from its posted evidence, the review warns you. Correct the accounting voucher before booking a replacement; changing the CRM document alone does not rewrite the books.

Booking creates a customer open item with the reviewed due date. A CRM payment status does not create a bank entry. Record actual payments and allocate credits using Review, approve and book native accounting purchases. A credit is not automatically a cash refund.
