Choose when you are signed out for inactivity
Sign me out when I have not used DealJourney for a while. Nobody is signed out automatically unless they choose it, or unless their workspace administrator turns it on for everyone.
- 1Open Profile & settings and pick Automatic sign-out.
- 2Under Sign me out after, pick how long you can be away before you are signed out, or Never.
The shortest choice is one hour, so a meeting never costs you your session. Activity in any open DealJourney tab keeps you signed in.
Switching back to Never asks you to confirm once. That is fine for most people. We do suggest keeping a timer if anyone else can get to your computer while you are away from it.
If the choice is locked, Your workspace admin has set this for everyone, so it cannot be changed here. An administrator sets this under Security in the workspace settings with Enforce automatic sign-out for everyone. Off by default: everyone chooses their own. When on, this timer applies to all users and they cannot change it.
