Run a webinar people sign up for
A normal booking link is one person taking one of your free times, and that time is then gone. A webinar link is the opposite: you set the dates, and as many people as you allow sign up for the same one.
- 1Open Mødebooking and click Nyt link.
- 2Set Hvilken slags link er det her? to Webinar. The weekly opening hours disappear, because a webinar runs on the dates you choose rather than on whenever you happen to be free.
- 3Give it a Titel and set the Varighed. The length applies to every date.
- 4Under Webinardatoer, set Pladser pr. dato and then use Tilføj en dato for each date you want to run. Leave the seat count empty for no limit.
- 5Save, then share the link with Kopier link.
Someone opening the link picks a date, leaves their name and email, and gets a confirmation with a link to give their seat back if they cannot make it. A date that has filled up is shown as Fyldt and cannot be picked, so you never end up with more people than you planned for.
If the link has just one date with seats available, it is already selected. Visitors can fill in their details and sign up without first clicking the date.
Seeing who is coming. Open the link again and look under Hvem har tilmeldt sig. That is the full list per date, with the email and phone number each person left. The seat counter next to each date in Webinardatoer tells you how full it is at a glance.
Getting participants into the CRM. Set CRM-handling ved booking on the link and every sign-up becomes, or attaches to, a lead, contact or deal, with the sign-up on their timeline. What lands in the CRM when someone books explains how people you already have are recognised.
Running it as a team. A webinar page is shared with the whole workspace, so a colleague can open it, change the dates and see who is coming while you are away. The sessions stay on the calendar of the person who owns the page.
Taking the list with you. Eksportér liste downloads it as a spreadsheet: one row per person, with a column for every question your intake form asked. That is the file you want for a badge printer, a room list, or a follow-up mail-merge.
Reminding people. Everyone who signed up gets the same reminder a one-to-one invitee gets, on the schedule the link is set to. A webinar is usually booked weeks ahead, so without a reminder the seats fill and the room stays empty. Set it under Påmindelser. Reminders for a webinar go by email; text messages are for one-to-one bookings, where a single send cannot use up a month of your message allowance at once.
Changing your mind about a date. Editing a date moves it for everyone already signed up. Removing one closes it for new sign-ups but keeps the people who registered, so nobody silently disappears from your list. If you genuinely want to call a date off, remove it and then contact the people it lists.
Your own calendar is protected while a webinar is running: a one-to-one link will not offer a time that clashes with a date you are hosting.
Questions for attendees. Questions configured under Gæsteoplevelse also appear on the webinar signup form. Required answers must be completed before a seat is reserved. Their answers are kept with the registration and included in Eksportér liste.
