Personalise Dealy voice calls

Open Dealy's settings, then Röstsamtal. These preferences belong to you and follow you across workspaces; colleagues keep their own choices.

Choose Röst and use Provlyssna to hear it before a call. A preview uses AI credits and does not turn on your microphone. End an active call before previewing. Changes apply to the next call.

• När Dealy svarar controls how long Dealy gives you to finish a thought. The balanced default allows ordinary pauses; choose more patience if you pause to remember names, or quicker responses if it waits too long.
• Låt mig avbryta Dealy lets you stop Dealy by speaking.
• Betänketid balances quick answers with extra consideration for complex requests.
• Taltempo changes the pace of the spoken answer.
• Värme, Formalitet and Svarslängd guide the style and length of replies.

Use Återställ balanserade standardval to return to the balanced defaults.

Language and dialect

Talat språk is independent of the interface language. You can keep English menus and choose Norwegian speech. Automatic starts with the app language, then follows your first clear sentence; a short ambiguous greeting does not change it. Dealy keeps the chosen language until you ask to switch.

Norsk dialekt guides Norwegian pronunciation. Dealy is instructed to keep one dialect throughout the call, but exact delivery can vary.

During a call

Start a call with Prata med Dealy handsfree. Ställ en fråga högt så tar Dealy reda på svaret och svarar dig med röst.. Speech plays as it arrives, and the transcript appears progressively in the chat. The text may run ahead of the sound; it is not a word-by-word playback indicator. Dealy briefly acknowledges a lookup before reporting its results. Meeting times use the same local timezone as your calendar, including summer and winter time.

Paste or attach an image in the existing message box and send it while the call is active. Ask about it aloud, or include a written question for a spoken answer. An image sent alone waits for your question. Large images may be resized to fit the call connection. PDF attachments belong in typed chat after the call.

When a name matches several records, Dealy shows clickable choices. You can answer aloud when the choices have clearly different companies or other audible details. For names that look or sound alike, such as Sara and Sarah, choose on screen or type the exact choice in the card. Closely spelled choices keep changes blocked until that confirmation. If you cannot look, leave the change pending; you can still ask other questions during the call.

If a lookup finishes while you are speaking, Dealy waits for your turn to finish. Corrections such as “tomorrow instead” take precedence over an earlier lookup. A completed change is still reported honestly; correcting yourself does not undo something already saved. Longer research can give one brief progress update in a quiet moment. The selected record and recent conversation help keep follow-up questions in context.
