See the meetings on a customer, contact or activity
Every customer, contact, lead, opportunity, ticket and activity carries a Möten tab that answers two questions at a glance: when you next meet them, and what you have already met about.
- 1Open the record.
- 2Go to Möten.
- 3The Nästa möte panel at the top shows the very next one: its title, time and where it takes place.
- 4Switch between Kommande and Tidigare to see everything still ahead, or everything already held. Upcoming runs from soonest to furthest away; past runs from most recent backwards.
- 5Click any row to open that meeting.
Use Boka möte on the same tab to book the next one. It prefills the company and the people from the record you are standing on, so you do not retype them. Create a calendar event covers the event itself.
On an activity the tab shows the meetings for the company the activity is about, not just meetings tied to that one task, so a follow-up task tells you when you are next in front of that customer. An activity with no company falls back to the contact person.
A meeting that is running right now stays under Kommande until it actually ends, so it does not disappear from view halfway through.
Meetings booked in Outlook or Google
You do not have to book through DealJourney for a meeting to appear here. Once your calendar is connected (Connect your calendar), a meeting you booked in Outlook or Google shows on a record when someone from that record is on the invite: for a person, their own email address; for a company, any of its contact persons. The same meeting booked in DealJourney and mirrored to your Outlook calendar is listed once, not twice.
So if a meeting is missing from a company, the usual reason is that nobody from that company was on the invite as a contact person. Add the person you met as a contact on the company, and the meeting appears.
Two things are deliberately never shown to colleagues: a meeting you marked private, and anything from a calendar you have kept out of the shared view. Those stay visible only to you and the other people on the invite (Private meetings).
