See and undo what Dealy changed

Every change Dealy makes in your CRM is recorded: what it changed, on which record, and in which conversation. You can read that list and undo changes from it, long after the conversation is over.

Open Dealy-installningar and choose Ändringar från Dealy. The newest change is at the top. Each line says what Dealy did (changed, created, added a note, sent an email) and names the record. Click the name to open the record. For an edit, the fields Dealy changed are listed with the value before and after.

Under each change is when it happened and the conversation it came from. Click the conversation to open it and read what you asked for.

Who sees what. You see the changes Dealy made in your own conversations. Workspace admins see everyone's, and can switch between Alla and Bara mina. A change made in someone else's conversation shows whose it was.

Undoing a change. Press Ångra on the line and confirm. What happens depends on the change:

• An edit puts the fields back to what they were before Dealy changed them. If someone has edited those same fields since, their edit is replaced too, so check the record first if it is busy.
• A record Dealy created is deleted.

The line then shows Ångrad. You need the right to edit the record (or, for something Dealy created, to delete it), the same as if you made the change yourself. Admins can undo changes from anyone's conversations.

Some changes show Kan inte ångras här. Those are things that cannot be taken back automatically, such as an email or a case reply that has already been sent, a note, a meeting, or a deleted record. Fix those by hand on the record.

To undo everything one reply did while you are still in the conversation, use the undo on that reply instead, described in Approving and undoing what Dealy does.

On a record's timeline, entries Dealy wrote for you are shown as Dealy, working for you, so you can tell them apart from your own.
