Have Dealy write emails the way you do

Dealy can learn how you write and use it whenever it drafts an email for you, so the email reads as yours and not as something an AI wrote. It is available when your workspace has AI turned on.

To turn it on, open Dealy's settings from the gear in the chat, or go to your profile and choose Dealy. Pick Skrivstil and switch on Skriv mejl med min röst. Your email has to be connected first, because Dealy learns from the emails you have sent.

Dealy then reads your most recent sent emails, usually in under a minute. It looks at the habits you do not think about: how you greet people and sign off, your punctuation and spacing, where you break lines, your spelling, the words and phrases you reach for, and how you answer the emails you receive. It leaves out emails an AI wrote, automatic replies, calendar answers and notes you sent to yourself. It needs at least 15 emails you wrote yourself.

Choose Vad Dealy har lärt sig to read the style guide Dealy made. Every email Dealy drafts for you follows it: new emails and replies from the chat, replies in the Outlook add-in, and sequence steps it writes for you.

Under Dina egna instruktioner you can add your own rules, and they win over what Dealy learned. For example: "Write like me, but with correct grammar and spelling", or "Always sign off with Best".

Choose Lär om after a while to pick up how you write now. Switching the setting off stops using your style and deletes what Dealy learned.
