Change your language, date and time format

1. 1Open Profil och inställningar and pick Allmänt.
2. 2Set Språk. The choices are English, Norsk, Svenska and Dansk.
3. 3Set Datumformat and Tidsformat.
4. 4Set Kalenderformat — Måndag som första dag or Söndag som första dag.

There is also a Språk switcher in the menu under your avatar, for when you just want to flip language quickly without opening settings.

These are yours alone. A Norwegian and a Swede on the same team can each read the app in their own language, looking at exactly the same records. It changes the interface, not your data: a customer name typed in Norwegian stays in Norwegian.

Time format. 24-timmar (14:30), 12-timmar (2:30 PM), or Följ systemspråk if you would rather it follow your computer.

Date format offers both the unambiguous YYYY-MM-DD — exempel: 31 januari 2025 visas som 2025-01-31 and the written-out Dag först, fullständigt månadsnamn, år (t.ex. 31 januari 2025). If you work across countries, the ISO form is the one nobody can misread.

Not the same as the company's country. The default country used for new customers, phone-number formatting and the like is a company-wide setting an administrator owns. See Set your company details.

The workspace has a language of its own. Invitations, and other emails to people who do not have an account yet, are written in the Arbetsytans språk, and someone who accepts an invitation starts out in it. It follows the company's country (Sweden gives Swedish, Denmark Danish, Norway Norwegian, anywhere else English) until an administrator picks one in the workspace settings, on the first tab. Anyone can still switch their own language afterwards, as above.

Workspace defaults for date format and week start. An administrator can also set a Datumformat and a Kalenderformat for the whole workspace. They apply to every member who has not chosen their own here, and a member who does pick one keeps their own. Left on Inte angivet, each person's own choice applies.
