The Renewals tab
Fornyelser is the working queue for retention: Kommende og forfalte abonnementsfornyelser som krever oppmerksomhet
The numbers at the top. ARR i risiko (90 dager) — Årlig gjentakende inntekt som fornyes de neste 90 dagene — is the one to run the tab on. It turns "some renewals are coming" into a figure, which is what gets a renewal conversation prioritised over a new deal.
Totale pipeline-fornyelser and Gjennomsnittlig fornyelsessyklus — Gjennomsnittlig tid mellom abonnementsfornyelser, Basert på historiske fornyelsesdata — give the shape.
Priority. Renewals are sorted into Kritisk — Krever umiddelbar handling — Høy prioritet fornyelser and Middels prioritet fornyelser, with {{count}} dager gjenstår against each and ARR: {{value}} beside it.
⟦{{count}} fornyelser forfaller innen 7 dager⟧ is the line to read every Monday. A renewal you notice on the day is not a renewal conversation, it is an invoice the customer may query.
⟦Høyt volum av fornyelser de neste 30 dagene – vurder ressursplanlegging⟧ — the tab tells you when a month is lumpy, which is worth knowing before the month starts rather than during it.
Exporting. Eksporter fornyelsesdata lets you set the Tidsperiode (Neste 30 dager, Neste 90 dager, Neste år), Risikonivåer å inkludere and Inkluder forfalte fornyelser, then choose columns. That export is the account-management call list.
Overdue renewals are the ones to look at first. A subscription past its renewal date is either being served without an agreement or is quietly churning — both are worse than an awkward conversation.
Renewing or changing one happens on the subscription itself: Change, pause or end a subscription.
Why renewals slip is a retention question rather than an admin one: The Retention tab.
