See recurring revenue on a future date

Open Likviditetsprognose and choose Tilbagevendende indtægter. This view uses contracts and deals, not invoices, bank balances or costs. Unpaid test invoices therefore do not change its MRR. Test subscriptions or deals are still records in the projection; the system does not guess which records are fake.

1. 1Set Fra and Til to the period you want to inspect, up to three years.
2. 2Set MRR på dato to an exact date, such as October 1.
3. 3Read Aftalt MRR for the monthly rate of the contracts effective on that date. Scheduled subscriptions start contributing on their start date; contracts stop contributing on their end date.
4. 4Compare Inklusive vægtet salgspipeline to see the additional monthly revenue from open deals, weighted by win probability. A missing probability does not count as a guaranteed sale. A deal's subscription start date takes precedence over its close date. Overdue open deals remain prospective from today.

The combined view counts a linked subscription instead of counting both the subscription and its originating deal. A subscription still awaiting approval does not replace its signed deal yet. Won or signed deals without an effective linked subscription also contribute contracted revenue. Opportunity projections have no assumed end date. Historical values are reconstructed from current contract terms, not saved historical snapshots of prices and statuses. This is a revenue planning view, not a statement of profit or cash available to spend.

Amounts are converted into the workspace currency. Missing dates or exchange rates produce an incomplete-data notice rather than invented amounts. Access to subscription and opportunity revenue follows your financial permissions.

Put the graph above a list

On Abonnementer or Tilbud, an administrator can open Rediger KPI’er and choose Tilføj graf over tilbagevendende indtægter. Set Fra and Til. Turn Vis graf off to keep just the dated numbers. Both dates must form a valid period of up to three years before you can save the strip using Gem. Saved dates stay fixed until you edit them again.

The subscriptions graph measures subscriptions; the opportunities graph measures deals. The combined projection is on Tilbagevendende indtægter. Saved list-card settings apply to the workspace; choosing a date within a graph is a local inspection and does not alter any contract.

For expected bank movements, switch to Likviditetsprognose and see Read the forecast and try a date. Cash estimates depend on the available invoice and cost records; ERP coverage can be incomplete.
