Connect SharePoint
- 1Open Dokumentlagring from the sidebar.
- 2Start the SharePoint connection and sign in with a Microsoft account that can reach the sites you want to use.
- 3Choose the site, then the document library within it.
- 4Choose where record folders should live inside that library.
- 5Save.
This is an administrator job and it is company-wide. One connection serves everyone, and each person's access to the underlying files is still governed by SharePoint itself — connecting does not widen anyone's permissions.
Your IT administrator may need to approve it first. Many organisations require administrator consent before an application can reach SharePoint. If sign-in ends with a message about approval, that is what has happened, and one approval covers everybody.
The library name may not look familiar. The default document library is often reported by Microsoft under its English name even when your team sees it translated in their own language. If you are hunting for a library that seems absent, that is usually why — pick the one whose contents match rather than going by the label.
If the site you want is not listed, the search is limited rather than exhaustive: type a distinctive word from the site name instead of scrolling for it. If it still does not appear, check that the account you connected with can actually open that site in a browser.
After connecting, attach a folder to one customer and confirm the files are visible from both sides before rolling it out.
