See when you last heard from a contact

Tilgængelig i alle planerSådan gør duÅbn i DealJourney

Every contact's page shows when that person last got in touch with you, and a list of what they sent, newest first. It helps you spot someone who may have moved on. DealJourney never decides that for you: it shows the date, and you judge what it means.

Where to find it

  1. 1Open the person from Kontakter in the sidebar.
  2. 2Stay on the Oversigt tab.
  3. 3Look for the Kontaktaktivitet card.

The first line is the date you last heard from them. Below it, each entry says what it was and when. The five newest show straight away, and Vis alle opens the rest.

What counts

Only things the person sent you:

  • emails from their address, in a mailbox connected to DealJourney
  • texts from them
  • calls logged as incoming, or marked completed
  • meetings marked completed
  • support tickets about them, and their own replies on a ticket

Anything you sent them does not count. An email they never answered is not a sign that they are still there. Notes and tasks do not count either, because they are work your own team did.

Emails in a colleague's private mailbox

An email that arrived in someone else's private mailbox still appears in the list with its date, so the date at the top stays right. Its subject is hidden, and the entry reads I en kollegas private indbakke. Emails in a shared mailbox show their subject to everyone.

When nothing is on record

The card says so when it has never seen anything this person sent you. That is not a warning about the person. Most often, the mailbox they write to is not connected to DealJourney.
