Add recurring income and costs

1. 1Open Budget from the sidebar. It opens on Løbende.
2. 2Click Tilføj omkostning or Tilføj indtægt, or Tilføj linje at the top.
3. 3Give it a Navn, pick a Kategori and enter the Beløb as it is actually paid: the full quarterly bill, not a third of it.
4. 4Choose Hvor ofte, then the Første betaling. Leave Slutter empty if it keeps going.
5. 5Save. The four figures at the top update straight away: Faste indtægter pr. måned, Faste omkostninger pr. måned, what is left over (or burned) each month, and Resultat over 12 måneder.

Quarterly and yearly amounts are spread. A 30 000 quarterly rent counts as 10 000 a month in the run-rate. Én gang lines are listed but not counted, because they do not repeat.

Lines that have not started or have ended stay visible. They are shown under their category, marked Afsluttet or with their start date, but only lines running today count.

Subscription income is automatic. The Indtægter section shows the monthly value of every active subscription, marked automatisk. To change it, change the subscriptions.

Cash and runway. Viewing all companies (or your only one), the top row also shows Likvider i dag: the same balance the Likviditetsprognose starts from, read from your accounting system when one is connected. When the business is burning money, Runway is how many months that cash lasts at today's burn.

Click a category to see its lines. Hover a line to edit or delete it.
